Myotrim - LEHB's Wellness Program

LEHB is now offering Myotrim to all Philadelphia Police Officers, Spouses and Dependents 15+ as their Wellness Program. Must have an active LEHB Plan. 
Warrior Consultants LLC and LEHB have teamed up to present Myotrim, the new Comprehensive Corporate Wellness Mobile Application for members of LEHB and the Philadelphia Police Department and eligible family members. 

In order to access Myotrim, fill out the request form below and once verified, you'll be emailed with the activation code.
