  • What is the LEHB Health & Wellness Center?

    The LEHB Health & Wellness Center is a groundbreaking concept developed for LEHB members with one goal in mind.... To improve the Health and Wellness of all LEHB Members. 

    The brand new facility has two floors. The first floor is the Fitness Center, which was designed to help those LEHB Members that need to improve their health. 

    There is a circuit training area, cardiovascular area, free weight area, stretching area and a large Aerobics Room that will offer classes and educational instruction to LEHB Members.


    On the 2nd floor, there will be an Urgent Care Facility run by Temple Health. There are also Behavioral Health Offices to help those members who need it. 

    There is also a full kitchen that will be used for Cooking Demonstrations.

    Lastly our LEHB Dietician will be on the 2nd floor to help members. 

    This facility is a one-stop-shop for LEHB Members to improve their Health, Wellness and Lives. 

  • Who can use the facility?

    Any ACTIVE LEHB Member 15 years or older is eligible to use the Fitness Center. All LEHB Members can also access the 2nd floor services. 

    One, primary great feature is that ONLY LEHB members will be able to use all features of the facility. 

  • How to join an LEHB Program

    For referrals or for the Asthma, Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes or Smoking Cessation Programs, call LEHB at 215-763-8290.

  • What is the LEHB Health Transformation Program?

    The Health Transformation Program is a free program LEHB provides to its members. It's run by Warrior Consultants, who have been working with LEHB and the PPD since 2016. To  date, LEHB members have lost over 4,000lbs of fat and gained over 2500lbs of muscle. 

    Once you join the program, you'll get an Exercise Program, Nutrition Plan, access to our Fitness Experts, all the tools you need to get into great shape and now you'll be able to use the new facility. 


  • How do I join the Health Transformation Program?

    For your convenience, we give you two options to join. 

    You can either join on your own and go through the 6 step process right from your phone, or you can join at the Fitness Center and we'll help you.


    The whole process takes about 8 total minutes. If you want to do it on your own, here's what to do:

    Step 1 - Download the Warrior Health App

    Step 2 - Click Here and Fill out the Registration Form.  


    Step 3 - You'll receive an email asking you to reset your password. Click on the email you get sent and reset your password.


    Step 4 - OPEN UP THE Warrior Health app you just downloaded and Log In. 


    Step 5 - Fill out the Health and Exercise History Questionnaire


    Step 6 - Upload two photos of yourself into the form so we can process your measurements from the photos. (Be sure to follow ALL instructions on the photo upload form)


    That's it! A 5 minute process once every 6 months will give you unlimited access to the brand new, LEHB Health & Wellness Center. 


    If you choose to, you can join in person at the gym. Depending on the amount of people joining, there may be a short wait time. 

  • What do I have to do to stay in the Health Transformation Program & use the LEHB Fitness Center?

    In order to be considered an ACTIVE PARTICIPANT of the fitness program, all you need to do is fill out a Health Questionnaire at least once/year. 



  • What type of Behavioral Health Services will be offered?

    LEHB’s Health and Wellness Center will provide to members and their families from age 14 years old the following services: 

    Individual, family, and marital therapy. These behavioral health services are provided both in-person and by telehealth. 

    Soon, LEHB will offer psychiatry services: psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management. 

    Also planned for the future, LEHB will provide coaching to manage chronic medical conditions, stress management, and make positive lifestyle changes. If you need services or want additional information, call 267-350 -5405 

  • What equipment is in the facility?

    There is a cardiovascular equipment area, a circuit training area, a stretching area, a free weight area and a large group aerobics room. 

  • Where is it located?

    The new, LEHB Health and Wellness Center is at 9432 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia. It's on the corner of Grant Ave and Roosevelt Boulevard.


  • Is this for ALL fitness levels?

    Absolutely. We are strongly encouraging those who truly need the help in getting healthier to attend. All equipment in the Fitness Center was hand-picked keeping all fitness levels in mind. 

    This is not a powerlifting or bodybuilding gym. 

    This is a Wellness Center where everyone can come to improve their health, wellness and life. 

  • What are the hours?

    The Fitness Center will be open as follows:

    Monday - Thursday 5am-11pm

    Friday - 5am-10pm

    Saturday 8am-6pm

    Sunday - 9am-5pm

  • Are there showers?

    Yes, there are showers in the men and women's locker rooms. 

  • Will there be Personal Trainers, Classes?

    In lieu of personal trainers, most members use the Warrior Health app which gives you a custom exercise program and much more. There are already several exercise classes offered ass well. See below for the full schedule.
