  • When does the 2021 LEHB Fitness Challenge start?

    The official start date is Wednesday 1/1/2021

  • How long is the challenge?

    90 days.

  • What are the prizes?

    Grand Prize Winner gets $1000. Other prizes will be given throughout the challenge.

    District/Unit w/the Highest Participation rate gets a $1000 donation to their PDAC or a charity in the Commander's name of their choice.

  • Do I have to go anywhere for this Challenge?

    Each participant fills out a Health and Exercise History Questionnaire. They're asked WHERE they plan on exercising. If they say a GYM, we give them a program based on them going to a gym. If they say AT HOME, they're asked what equipment is available and then given a program to do at home. 

  • Do you have a Tutorial for the app?

    Yes, you can Click Here to watch a video tutorial.

  • How do you know if I do any workouts?

    The app has in it a Calendar with workouts for you to do on specific days of the week. Simply click on Calendar, click on the workout for that day and then either click "Start Now" in order to enter in the amount of weight you did for each exercise or you can simply click "Mark As Complete". Either way will let us know that you did the workout on that day and you'll get credit for it. 

  • How do I go about getting measured?

    You can get measured by:

    1.  You can fill out our Remote Assessment Form and upload two photos of yourself. We'll then scan the photos and it will count as your measurement.

    Note that if you are a candidate to win money, we must measure you in person. 

  • How much does the Fitness Challenge cost to participate?

    The Challenge is Free for all PPD, their Spouses and Dependents 18yrs and older w/an active LEHB Plan.

  • What kind of shape do I have to be in to participate?

    You can participate regardless of your fitness level. We will design your program around whatever fitness level, injuries or conditions you may have. 

  • How are winners determined?

    We keep track of everything you do. The person who adheres to the program the most and sees the best results will be the winner. It's a combination of adherence and results that determine the winner.

  • Is this a weight loss challenge?

    NO. Weight Loss challenges can be very harmful, especially when people starve themselves and over-exercise to lose the most weight possible. 

    This is a FITNESS challenge. It's about losing fat, and/or building muscle. 

    We focus on Fat Loss that will be easily sustainable and not "quick fixes". 

  • What do I need in order to participate?

    All you need is either a smartphone/iPhone/Android or access to a computer. I'll be giving you an app for your exercise program and it's more convenient to take it with you to your workout location than using a pc.

  • What's the difference between the Fitness Challenge and the Health Transformation Program?

    The Fitness Challenge is a 3 month program designed to "Jump-Start" results. 

    The Health Transformation is a long-term program that provides monthly prizes. All you need to do to to continue in the Health Transformation program is to get measured twice a year, and you can have access to all the perks of being in the program. Grand prize for the Health Transformation Program is $5000.

    Most people finish the Fitness Challenge and continue in the Health Transformation Program.

  • Can I be in both the Health Transformation Program and Fitness Challenge at the same time?

    Yes. The difference will be that during the Fitness Challenge, we'll track more things from you and may switch up your exercise program to make it a bit tougher. (Only if you're ready for it). When the Fitness Challenge is over you'll still have access to everything since you're in the Health Transformation Program.

  • How often and when do I get measured for the Fitness Challenge?

    For the Fitness Challenge, you must get measured prior to the start date and once again at the end, (3 Months) later. 

    For the Health Transformation you get measured twice/year. 

  • What do the measurements consist of?

    Due to our new technology, we only need two photos of you and our 3d Body Scan technology will scan the photos and give us 13 points of circumference measurements and our algorithm will give us your Bodyfat Percentage, muscle weight and fat weight. 

  • What do you do with my photos after I upload them or you take them?

    As soon as your photos are processed for measurements, they are automatically deleted from the server. We will never use any photos of anyone without consent. 

  • How do I contact you?

  • Do I have to join Facebook to participate?

    NO. We do have a Facebook group with approx 650 members. The group is secret, meaning no one can see who's in it or what's posted. We use the group as an additional way to get information out. 

    Whatever we email you, we post on Facebook too so you don't have to join the group or be on Facebook to receive our communication.

  • What results can I expect?

    We will give you all the tools you need to get great results quickly and efficiently. It will be up to you to do what we suggest. If you follow the program, you WILL see great results, whatever your goal is. 

  • I stated I have dumbbells at home. Why did you give me exercises that require a bench?

    If you stated you had dumbbells, I gave you exercises that do require a bench. However you can do those same exercises with a Swiss Ball that you can buy for under $20. There are a lot more exercises that you can do with a ball so I encourage  you getting one. 

  • My Workout is too hard/easy. What do I do?

    If the workout I gave you is too hard, DON'T attempt to do it. Just contact me and let me know and I'll give you a new program. I don't want you getting hurt. If it's too easy, contact me as well and I'll update it for you.

  • What is My Fitness Score?

    Your Fitness Score is a score that we give you based on numerous factors such as your Bodyfat Percentage, BMI, Waist-to-hip ratio, lean muscle, and several other factors.
