Teen Warrior Workout Camps

You've probably heard about the Amazing 12 Week LEHB Fitness Challenge going on right now. Well, we are now opening it up to YOUR DISTRICT!!!

To date, the Philadelphia Police Department has lost over 1600lbs of fat and gained over 300lbs of muscle in this 12 Week Fitness Challenge!

Your Individual District will compete as a team against the other Districts.

The Ultimate goal is to make Philadelphia Police Department the Fittest Department in the Country!

This Individual and Team Challenge gives you multiple tools to get into the best shape of your life:

- Ultrasound Bodyfat Analysis (At the Beginning and End)
- A Personalized Exercise Program designed by Damien Young
- A Fitness App that shows you how to do the exercises in your program
- An 8 Step Nutrition Guide developed just for Police Officers
- The option of working out at a location convenient for you, (Including your home!)
- Opportunities to earn points both individually and as a team
- Have fun, lose fat, build muscle and have a chance to win an Amazing Prize!

Registration will officially end on New Year's Eve, 2017 for the NE, SW, East, NW, Central and South Divisions and Special Units of the Philadelphia Police Department.

Eligible Districts/Units include: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 35th, 39th and all Special Units.
